New Year.
We all get the exact same 365 days. The only difference is what we do with them.
Did you already make your New Year’s resolutions? Good! (And good luck with keeping up with them;)
Or maybe you don’t make any, because you know you will fail anyway? Fair enough.
With the new year comes new strength and new thoughts. It is often the magic of new beginnings, that makes us reflect on the important things. And often at this point we resolve to be better to ourselves. How? By buying a monthly ticket to the gym, Yoga studio, deciding on dry January, Veganuary etc.
Don’t stress yourself with too many intense short-term plans. What pays off more instead, are some small changes, which will last for longer than one month, perhaps for the whole year, or maybe even become permanent.
So, what can I do to effectively support my physical and mental health daily without a truly big effort? Just find the opportunities hidden in the simplest things!
- Move more. Simply more.
- Eat healthy food. Basically more plants.
- Sleep is the key – to maintain mental balance.
- Sunlight – go outdoors every day!
- Social contacts: talk to your neighbour, local shop assistant, a friend. In real.
It is really THAT easy 🙂
The first step towards getting somewhere is to decide you’re not going to stay where you are. Are you going to make the first step?
And remember:
